About me
Redeana Smith is a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as K-12 Curriculum Coordinator for Caldwell County Schools. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education, is Nationally Board Certified, and is a Google Certified Trainer. Previously, Redeana served as an elementary classroom teacher, in both traditional and alternative settings, as well as a district Instructional Facilitator/Coach. With a passion for literacy, she advocates for every student's right to read by supporting administrators and teachers in curriculum and best practices grounded in the science of reading.
